In 2007 our worldwide organization received Carnegie Mellon University’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Software Engineering Maturity Level 3 rating after a comprehensive appraisal conducted in accordance with the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) and Software Engineering (CMMI-SW).
In 2011, we continued to demonstrate our industry leadership and commitment to quality by earning the highest possible ratings from two eminent standards bodies:
- CMMI Level 5 Appraisal of NetCracker’s Solution Delivery Division
- TM Forum Conformance Certification of NetCracker’s entire Telecom Operations and Management Solutions Suite, Release 8.2
NetCracker’s unique attainment of both CMMI Level 5 and TM Forum Conformance Certification enables us to develop standardized applications and employ standardized methodologies. This, in turn, allows NetCracker to help service providers rapidly integrate new technologies, roll out services, and develop new business models in order to maintain high levels of customer service, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
