NetCracker Appoints New Director of Marketing

Waltham, Mass. – January 17, 2007 – NetCracker Technology announced today that Donna Bastien has been appointed Director of Marketing for the company. In her new role Donna will be responsible for corporate marketing and the go-to-market campaigns for the company's Solutions Roadmap. Donna oversees all communications outreach and industry and event participation.

Bastien comes to NetCracker from Agilent Technologies, Inc. where she was Marketing Director for the Operations Support Systems Group. Prior to that, Bastien was responsible for Agilent's worldwide business strategy and marketing for products and solutions used by manufacturers and service providers to design, build, operate, maintain, and manage next generation networks and services.

Before joining Agilent, Bastien was Telecommunications Strategy Manager at Hewlett-Packard Company, performing strategic planning and business development for HP Divisions and HP Labs. Prior to HP, she worked at Bellcore for 11 years in increasingly senior management roles.

Bastien holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Physics from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from Purdue. She also completed the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management Program for Senior Executives.
