DUBLIN, IRELAND — May 24, 2011 — NetCracker Technology announced today that Celcom Axiata Berhad (Celcom) has selected NetCracker’s Telecom Operations and Management Solution (TOMS) to support an aggressive next-generation network rollout program and improve assurance processes in order to reduce operating costs, enhance Quality of Service, and generate superior customer experience. NetCracker will provide Celcom with a comprehensive mobile infrastructure management solution focused on asset centralization (including Celcom’s satellite network), next-generation network rollout processes, and key capabilities for the fulfillment of value-added services. NetCracker’s TOMS capabilities will create centralized management for Celcom’s transmission, core, and radio networks and will provide an up-to-date, end-to-end view of all network data through synchronization and reconciliation with a wide variety of NMS/EMS systems covering all network technologies.
