“Outstanding Vendor of the Year” and “Best Support System” Awards go to NetCracker

WALTHAM, MA — May 14, 2012 — NetCracker Technology announced today that it received top honors at the 2012 World Vendor Awards ceremony which was held on April 26 in London, England. The company received two awards — “Outstanding Vendor of the Year” and “Best Support System” — in recognition of its strong industry leadership and superior innovation.

The World Vendor Awards are organized by Total Telecom. Judges include a distinguished panel of telecom service providers, industry analysts, and journalists.
The Outstanding Vendor of the Year award recognizes NetCracker’s exceptional innovation “backed by quality of service, reliability, and sales support”.¹

Winners in this category typically “offer a strong portfolio of products and solutions,” and “demonstrate evidence of strong and disciplined management providing a sound business footing, and strategic direction and future scope for development of the company”. ²

The Best Support System award recognizes an OSS or BSS support system that has enabled the greatest service improvement, cost saving, or increase in business income. According to the World Vendor Awards, judges in this category look for a solution that demonstrates “product innovation, ease of use and application, and delivery of customer satisfaction,” “evidence of improved customer acquisition or retention levels,” scalability and flexibility, and the ability to “cater for new service delivery platforms, service combinations and business models”. ³
