Senior QA Analyst/Senior Business Analyst (QA)
Qualifications:
- Advanced Technical Degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior QA Engineer or QA Analyst
- Desire to undertake self-improvement in the area of Software Quality Assurance
- Excellent knowledge of software testing methods and technologies, experience using them, understanding of general principles and goals of QA activities
- Thorough knowledge of specific software (Bug Management systems, Test Tools)
- Ability to communicate with customers on QA issues
- Strong knowledge of Telecom is a plus
- Good communications skills, ability to interact with customers on QA issues
- Excellent technical English writing and verbal skills
Responsibilities:
- Analyze Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Design Changes, and CRs related to QA issues
- Develop approaches and methods in QA processes to create a solution
- Create QA LOE for Project scope
- Collaborate with Project Technical Managers on Traceability Matrix development
- Consult QA Engineers on Test Specification development
- Review Test Documentation for its correspondence to business specificity and business requirements
- Cooperate with customers on QA issues
- Prepare and analyze Test Summary Reports
