Assistant to Bid Manager (Solution Management Support)
Overview
Bid Manager is responsible for management and orchestration of the bid preparation process following corporate policies.
Bid Manager will ensure transparency and traceability of the commercial proposal preparation process, track the status of proposal preparation, organize and work in close collaboration with senior sales and delivery team leads, internal and external partners, technical, legal and other departments and individuals within the company involved in proposal preparation
Requirements
Must have:
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written forms in Russian and English.
- Relevant University Degree in Telecom or equivalent education or experience
- 1 year in Bid or Project Management
Should have:
- Minimum 1 year in IT/Telecom
- Experience in sales support activities / tender support activities for enterprise level systems (such as ERP, CRM, Billing) and/or telecom providers
- Ability to travel
Responsibilities
- Focus on following and managing corporate sales support processes
- Assemble a bid team with the relevant service/technical/business knowledge required to prepare the bid.
- Manage the bid team of company-wide personnel and external Partners
- Track the response preparation process.
- Hold qualification meetings
- Request resources
- Planning activities (plan kick-off and proposal review meetings; write meeting notes and assign tasks/AIs; plan and deadlines tracking)
- Technical review of the content (e.g. proof reading)
- Ensure transparency and traceability
- Upload content on companies intranet
- Hard copy printout
