Convergys' third managed service offering is designed for companies that want to leverage their current IT infrastructure and maintain day-to-day control of all aspects of the system. They however need assistance to size, configure, build and implement and then assistance in the knowledge transfer of running, managing and optimizing the production system once deployed.
Convergys build-operate-transfer service:
- Provides the billing and customer care solution
- Assists the client in sizing, architecting and planning the data centre and network infrastructure
- Manages and operates the solution for a period of time defined by contract
- Trains and transfers responsibility for day-to-day operations and planning to client
- Supports and maintains the software solution in accordance with contractual terms.
