Project Manager

Position Summary:

This role of Project Manager is a cornerstone of the Professional Services organization. As the primary liaison between the customer and the Netcracker technical team, the Project Manager should be conversant with all aspects of software delivery in a complex environment. Engagements within customers typically begin prior to license sale and extend well after the software is placed into production.

  • Budget forecasting & tracking
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Resource plan / Project LOE management

Experience and Requirements:

  • 10+ years Telecom experience (mainly OSS/BSS)
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Fluent in English & Spanish communication skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strategic and focused.
  • Knowledge of data migration and system integration methodologies
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Proven experience on Quality Assurance (processes, methodology and control)
  • In-depth knowledge of Netcracker Services (or generally accepted consulting) techniques, methods, processes, and practices
  • In-depth experience in business processes and skill in business analysis techniques
  • Ability to construct/maintain a project budget and manage project accordingly
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communications skills
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Experience working directly with customers at all levels of an organization
  • Project management area of product or customized software development (3+ years)
  • Experience in the telecommunications area is preferred


  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
