As Jr. Business Analyst you will be part of our customer-facing team. You will work with our customers for the purposes of identifying project and product needs. Associate Business Analysts typically fulfill their role during the requirements gathering, training, and testing phases of the project life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support with project planning by offering analysis on requirements gathering, training, testing, and producing roll out.
  • Assist and support in gap analyses preparation, citing differences in customer requirements and product functionality.
  • Be a bridge between the international teams and the local customer, helping to solve language and cultural issues.
  • Perform product demonstrations as necessary to introduce the customer to the product.
  • Support the on-site testing activities.
  • Assist and support in the participation for training documentation and delivery.
  • Assist the coordination with Customer Support on product issues.
  • Assist and support in identifying business issues and applying product solutions.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience working on a large scale call center software implementation project.
  • Direct experience in project management and/or working with a project life cycle.
  • Some IT, software development, and/or quality assurance experience in one or more of the following areas: large scale mission critical applications, network management systems, Operations Support Systems.
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Java, J2EE, TCP/IP, and UNIX.
  • Fluent with English & Portuguese languages. 

Education:

  • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related major
