 Position Summary: 

This role of Project Coordinator is part of the Professional Services organization. As the primary liaison between the customer and the Netcracker technical team, the Project Coordinator should be conversant with all aspects of software delivery in a complex environment. Engagements within customers typically begin prior to license sale and extend well after the software is placed into production.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationship at Technical Users level
  • Perform follow up status with offsite PM team
  • Follow up project timelines
  • Organize meetings related to project topics, create Minutes of Meetings and get validations from customer
  • Follow up documents signing and validation
  • Coordinate meetings with customer, set up agendas and reserve and setup meeting rooms 

 Experience & Requirements:

  • 1-2  years experience as Project Coordinator in projects related to systems implementations.
  • Telecom experience (mainly OSS/BSS)
  • Experience working directly with customers at all levels of an organization
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and speaking
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strategic and focused.

Education:  

  •  Bachelor’s degree in related field
