Netcracker Technology is looking for an experienced digital marketing and social media practitioner who can also write, develop and edit compelling marketing content to play an integral role within the marketing department of one of the world’s fastest growing communications technology companies. Job requirements will include delivering a wide variety of writing, copy editing and content production assignments, as well as working with events and other marketing stakeholders to ensure the company’s content distribution and business objectives are met. The ideal candidate will be able to develop, write and edit content that will drive engagement and corporate awareness, and will also work well and thrive in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment.
This role will be based in our corporate headquarters in Waltham, MA.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and leverage content for Netcracker’s digital marketing and social media channels.
Manage editorial for social platforms
Develop and monitor metrics to demonstrate how social media and digital are contributing to business leads
Assist in the writing, editing, creation, production and delivery of a wide range of marketing deliverables –blog posts, landing pages, email newsletters, case studies, presentations, podcast and video scripts, social media posts, etc.
Edit copy produced by freelancers and others to AP Style and the Netcracker brand’s tone of voice.
Work across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure our content drives increased awareness and engagement of Netcracker’s target audience.
3-5 years of experience writing, editing, proofreading, fact-checking and rewriting copy, for a variety of business audiences, in a deadline-driven, corporate environment.
Experience managing editorial or marketing content projects from concept to delivery is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical.
Must be technology literate, social and digital media savvy and have experience using Microsoft Office, Google Docs and other solutions/tools used for content creation.
Ideal candidate will be able to work well and think clearly under pressure, meet deadlines and align to overall messaging and content goals.
Bachelor’s degree is required
