Netcracker Technology is looking to hire a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Telecom BSS domain, specifically with Order Entry, Oder Management systems and processes for complex telecom B2B products and services. Business Analysts are the lead customer-facing resources within the Professional Services Organization, identifying solution and product needs during the requirements gathering, design, implementation, training, and testing phases of the project.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with project planning by offering analysis on requirements gathering, design, training, testing, and the production roll-out.
Engage directly with customer business stakeholders to identify operational pain-points, advise on process/business rules optimization, provide industry best practices for respective process domains and take collected input to produce project deliverables
Lead in requirements gathering and documentation effort as related to:
Business processes and work flows
End-to-End and System use cases/requirements
Integration points between systems
System security requirements
Lead requirements/design deliverables review and sign-off process with customer
Prepare gap analyses, citing differences in customer requirements and product functionality
Lead in UAT and other required testing activities and system sign-off efforts
Participate in training documentation and delivery
Perform product demonstrations as necessary to introduce the customer to the product
Develop and support a collaborative relationship with the technical team and end users from the customer side
Participate frequently in on-site visits required by the implementation/support plan for varying periods of time
Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation projects for the BSS/OSS in Telecommunications industry.
Deep understanding of Telecommunications industry standards and methodologies.
Must have strong knowledge and experience with Order Entry, Oder Management systems and processes for complex telecom B2B products and services.
Must have a strong knowledge of integration approaches and technologies.
Knowledge of CRM, Product Catalog, Customer Care, Billing systems is preferred.
Practical experience in preparation of requirement specifications on technical and business levels.
Comfortable in ambiguous situations, personal leadership.
Presentation & meeting management skills
Strong ownership and responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
