Position Summary (Roles & Responsibilities):

Manage Netcracker implementation programs including the following:

  • Lead cross-functional, multi-cultural, geographically dispersed teams of 25-50 people
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain project staffing plans, organizational chart, schedule, budget, RAID logs, weekly status reports, and other appropriate documentation
  • Establish objectives for project team members and provide measurable results against established objectives
  • Drive the creation of software, tools, and methodology to ensure ongoing efficiency enhancements for the delivery of Netcracker solutions
  • Interact with Engineering and Product Management departments in an effective manner, providing input for ongoing product enhancements
  • Represent Solution Delivery in presales activities, ensuring that Netcracker delivery methodologies are accurately represented to potential customers
  • Provide input into Netcracker commercial agreements with customers and vendors, and represent Netcracker in commercial discussions
  • Represent Netcracker on Project Steering Committees with customers

 

 

Experience & Requirements:

  • 10 years management experience, at least 3 years at senior levels
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Telecom BSS implementation and/or major SI implementation
  • Creating and updating Contracts, SOWs, Change Orders
  • Project management methodologies and associated tools
  • Running 5m+ programs
  • Knowledge of data migration and system integration methodologies
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • In-depth knowledge of Netcracker Services (or generally accepted consulting) techniques, methods, processes, and practices
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communications skills
  • Outstanding time management skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with demanding timelines
  • Ability to travel to client locations Mon-Thu, every week. Local candidates strongly preferred
  • Technical background in BSS, especially Billing, Rating, and Payments, strongly preferred
  • Exposure to Apache Cassandra strongly preferred. Apache Spark and Ignite exposure is desirable

Exposure to performance testing on high volume,  high transaction systems strongly preferred
