We are seeking an energetic, bright, creative, and goal-oriented individual to fill our dynamic Executive Assistant position. This position supports multiple C level executives who are both on-site locally and remote.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance to the Chief Customer Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and SVP Global Engineering of Netcracker
Work closely with the executives on managing schedules and meetings for the company
Manage task scheduling and task follow-ups for the Executive Office
Act as a liaison with other departments, including high-level staff such as CEOs, Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and Officers
Arrange travel through travel administrator for executives
Prepare all materials for Board of Directors meetings
Organize administrative finance materials for company meetings
Prepare power point presentations for executive meetings
Reconcile and submit weekly expense reports/time sheets for all executive team (at least 8 people)
Organize in-office company meetings and internal company events (order lunches, set up conference rooms, etc.)
Maintain budget with all orders for company and serve as liaison to the Finance Department on budget issues
Serve as back-up for office management (including but not limited to: reception coverage, managing supplies, etc)
Serve as back-up point of contact for travel
Organize and maintain legal files
Special projects as required
Experience working with Senior Level Management in a global corporate environment

Excellent telephone manner
Work well under pressure
Ability to work with and in an international environment
Executive support with the ability to function in various accounting support capacities
Proficient in Microsoft applications and Internet Explorer
