Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the Portal Product Owner to maintain the program backlog of features and document feature acceptance criteria
Create estimates for software development projects based on business requirements. Estimate epic and feature sizes using agile relative sizing techniques
Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability: determine nature and scope of changes to existing applications for enhancements and other changes
Lead design sessions and communicate design options to the team
Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support portal application and integrations.
Determining the structure and design of web pages.
Set the technical standards for the development and integration of Portal solution
Review and provide feedback on technical design
Conduct code reviews
Experience and Requirements:
Higher technical education;
Experience: min 2-5 years of recent Front End development experience in enterprise information systems or equivalent
Understanding of key design principles.
Experience with SQL and basic java knowledge
Consistently sound level of judgment and professional conduct;
Responsibility and focusing on results; meet challenging deadlines;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Would be a plus:
Knowledge in OSS/BSS solutions, including batch and real time billing products;
