We are looking to hire an experienced DevOps Lead Engineer to join our growing company! As a DevOps Lead with Netcracker, you will lead the development and release process automation, manage the DevOps toolset and procedures, including the CI/CD pipeline, as part of the Netcracker solution implementation projects.
Gather customer requirements and understand constraints for the CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations, monitoring tools
Continuously improving the DevOps toolset, architecture and processes
Create design specifications for CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations and cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools and obtain sign-off from the customer for these specifications
Leverage product tools and procedures to satisfy these requirement`s
Work with the project team to prepare updates to CI/CD pipeline, environment configurations, cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools for the newly implemented components and features
Adjust project and product CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations and monitoring tools to accommodate product version updates for evergreen deployment
Deploy CI/CD tools.
Define and implement middleware and application deployment and configuration processes.
Develop and maintain automation playbooks, pipelines, tools.
Work with the customer to triage issues in CI/CD pipeline, monitoring tools and cloud infrastructure.
Deploy and configure monitoring systems, agents and dashboards.
Develop and maintain monitoring scripts and interfaces.
Plan activities for a team of DevOps Engineers to implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools, environment changes and DevOps toolset enhancement according to the design specifications
Assign tasks to DevOps Engineers according to the plan and monitor execution progress for these tasks
Coach and mentor DevOps Engineers to ensure continual improvement of the DevOps design and implementation work on the project
Work with the Netcracker management team to report status of the DevOps project activities, address deviations from the plan, ensure proper resource allocation, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field
