DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD

What you’ll do:

• Manage international team of 5-7 developers;
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery;
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching, mentorship, hands-on and code-review activities;
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing technical excellence;
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and QA to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications.

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
• 2+ years’ experience in a technical leadership position;
• Strong development background (3+ years experience as a developer), solid knowledge of Java technologies;
• Thorough understanding of software design patterns;
• Understanding of software development process and testing life cycles;
• Understanding DevOps concepts (CI/CD), logging and monitoring technologies;
• Experience in microservices development will be a plus;
• Good technical documenting and diagramming skills, knowledge and experience of UML or any other suitable ways to describe architecture views;
• Good spoken and written English.
