Role and Responsibilities:
- As an experienced Business Analyst, you will be focused on ensuring the quality of business requirements for enterprise client. You will provide "best practice" in understanding the client requirements, Telecom products in order to align the business’s needs.
- The key element of the role is focused on analysis, project design, which can be delivered thought the baseline capabilities of existing product. Most important - stakeholder management as well as expectation management.
- Prepare design of Product Offering Catalog for BSS transformation project
- Guiding and coaching the business stakeholders through the requirements gathering process.
- Provide clarification and act as a point of reference for business requirement enquire by solution design and project delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops required to understand and outcome, detailed requirements, and solution behavior.
- Work closely with delivery team to ensure functional and non-functional completeness of the solution
- Create comprehensive and unambiguous documentation that outlines requirement of stakeholder, traceable for testing team and understandable for development team. Develop comprehensive knowledge of the aligned business area and the trust of its business stakeholders.
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a business operations, sales operations, merchandising, or inventory management role.
- Analytical and process-oriented; comfortable working with large data sets.
- Desire to implement your ideas in a real system.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy, agile, and able to quickly adopt new tech tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to form relationships with internal and external partners and vendors.
- Interest in learning about telecom business.
- Experience working in Excel, Power BI, and/or other data management systems.
- Experience in ecommerce or at a startup is a plus.
- Business requirements gathering or design experience with at least one project on customer-facing positions for CRM, Product Catalog or Portal implementation for Telco provider
- Knowledge about Software development Life Cycle and project management methodologies – waterfall and agile
- Spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
