As a Solutions Engineer you are primarily responsible for assisting in all phases of the software and services sales process. You will travel around the world with our senior sales teams to potential, and current, customers. In this role, you will work with multiple global sales teams helping prepare responses to RFPs and RFIs, finding solutions to client technical issues and presenting on-site product demonstrations.
Role and Responsibilities:
Work with various global sales teams to qualify accounts
Have strong sales instincts and enjoy speaking with prospective clients in all stages of the sales cycle
Participate in the development of product demonstrations, including specification, testing and delivery
Configure Netcracker product and demonstration of advanced product concepts
Assist account team in ensuring customer satisfaction
Travel to customer sites worldwide
Experience & Requirements:
Comfortable speaking and presenting to large groups
Previous sales or sales engineer experience
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills in a matrix environment
Ability to work as part of a team to solve complex technical problems and work with accounts in complex political environments
Excel working under pressure with deadlines
BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related major
