Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Define requirements for monitoring solution. Negotiate with internals stakeholders and customer technical teams regarding monitoring system implementation and improvements.
Configure dashboards and alerts.
Analyze alert trends, create problem tickets, and create reports and presentations.
Monitor system capacity, analyze trends.
Manage problems related to infrastructure and solution availability, performance and capacity.
Deliver reports to internal stakeholders and customer.
Experience and Requirements:
Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
Experience with Application Performance Monitoring systems is a plus.
Experience with ICINGA2 or Nagios is a plus.
Experience with logstash, greylog is a plus.
Understanding Software Development Lifecycle and Continuous Delivery and DevOps methods.
Experience with DevOps tools Jenkins, Git, and/or GitLab.
