Netcracker Technology is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced global team, develop skills in talent management & talent acquisition and across other functions of HR. You will work as an integral team member primarily supporting talent acquisition and employee engagement around the world. As a member of the dynamic HR team, the successful candidate will help Netcracker Technology create an exceptional candidate experience while supporting our internal business needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the Netcracker Talent Acquisition Social Media Program globally
Social media outreach campaigns on multiple platforms
Assist in the administration of LinkedIn recruiter job posts, ad campaigns, recruiter seat coordination, company page maintenance
Initiate and monitor all reference and background checks globally to completion
Support Talent Acquisition partners with requisition management, collecting updated resumes and LI profiles, as well as other administrative tasks
Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and interviewers in multiple geographies such as LATAM, EU, North America
Serve as the primary contact for candidates and interviewers throughout the interview day, promptly resolving any scheduling conflicts if they arise
Maintain and consistently help update the internal ATS (Greenhouse)
Help in managing any non-compete processes candidates might be involved in around the world
Tracking offer status to ensure offer documents are signed in a timely manner
Maintain contact with candidates ahead of their start date to ensure they have all necessary information for their first day
Maintain excellent customer service attitude when communicating with candidates and internal business partners ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Assist with various HR team initiatives where needed
Experience & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1+ years of talent acquisition support experience required
Spanish fluency a plus
Positive attitude; Highly motivated self-starter who can thrive and deliver in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, focusing on performance and business execution
