As an Access Management Analyst, you will support the IT Security Operations Center based out of our downtown Cincinnati office. This role will require you to support the Access Management for the company’s global infrastructure. This individual will continually monitor and work on our ticketing system to approve and provide access. This position is part of a 24/7 operation which involves shift work, and occasional on-call support outside of normal business hours may be required.
Role and Responsibilities:
Front line support for incoming tickets related to access approving and provisioning
Consistently reviews and prioritizes tickets and workload
Create and maintain inventory system for all IT assets, roles and access
Document, communicate and track issues across the environment
Run regular pre-defined process to meet the compliance requirement
Access Management tracking and metrics regarding the tickets approved and pending
Basic understanding of accounts, roles and assets in Active Directory
Work as first level support and take guidance from Subject Matter Experts
Address tickets and service requests within the defined time-frames
Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
All other duties as assigned
Experience & Requirements:
Must have experience with Microsoft Office products, including experience working with formulas in Excel
Ability to create reports to communicate trends in a clear and concise manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills which includes adapting communication to differing audiences
Ability to work independently and own deliverables through to completion
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree required - ideally in Computer Science or other Technical Engineering discipline, with a concentration in Information Security or Cyber Security
