Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for finding our most valuable asset: our people. We find and hire the best people who will shape the future of our products, services, and our company.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Source external candidates locally through many different sourcing methodologies.
Recruit, research, interview, screen, and refer candidates for job openings.
Confer with management and stakeholders to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Work with Human Resources Business Partners to generate offer letters and employment contracts
Develop recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings
Develop and coordinate internal job posting program and write job postings
Oversee Employee Referral Program
Plan and implement company recruitment strategy
Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
Experience and Requirements:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (combination of agency and in-house tech experience preferred).
Experience sourcing and closing candidates ranging from Junior to Management positions
Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume
Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, as well as connect that candidate with the right opportunity at NetCracker
Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
Excellent follow up skills
Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
Prior experience working within Communication Service Providers and/or Software Services organizations a huge plus.
