We are looking for a HR Administrator to handle a wide range of administrative/HR-related tasks; to work independently with little supervision; and to help ensure a positive employee experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
Track probationary periods for new hires and issue letters to employees upon successful completion
Track the 90 day employee evaluations
Compose employment verification letters when required
Process employee change notifications and documentation relating to changes such as compensation, title, department, and manager changes
Ensure the compensation management system is kept up to date with any compensation change
Coordinate the ordering and collection of IT equipment for new hires and leavers
Process HR and benefit related invoices
Assist EMEA Benefits Controller with holiday accruals and reporting and new hire/leaver benefits enrollments
Maintain employee files, both in the office and in online folder
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, scanning and posting documents
Ad hoc facilities and office administration tasks, including booking travel and arranging courier collections and deliveries
Experience and Requirements:
A team player
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Good organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and discreet
Remote work is considered
Degree in related field
