Netcracker Technology is looking to hire Software Engineer for OSS/BSS integration on All-IP project to join our Implementation Engineering team in Ittigen, Switzerland.
Being responsible for the development process on Netcracker’s side and its alignment to the Netcracker product and development policies and quality standards including SonarQube and Crucible;
Provision of Netcracker product area expertise, telecom technologies and telecom operations map;
Participation in Agile Epics and User Stories gathering and definition;
Development of solution architecture and overseeing that the achieved architectural principles are met and ensuring that the application can be easily maintained after go-live;
Being person to whom all questions regarding development and test environments and solution deployment can be addressed to;
Support of team in slicing and dicing Epics into Features and Features into Starter User Stories;
Provision of Operational requirement input to the sprint, feedback to the story and testing support from operational perspective;
Being responsible for WebLogic application operations;
Configuration of physical and logical inventory systems based on Resource Inventory;
Participation in Java code and SQL/PL SQL code development;
Participation in one or more java implementation projects;
Technical support of Service Order Management and Product Order Management procedures for Netcracker TOMS;
Review and assessment of customer issues and changing requests and streaming them according to customer priorities, contractual obligations and business approaches;
Configuring Netcracker Process Orchestrator engine building business processes;
Participating in UAT and Product Rollout activities and system sign-off efforts from technical side;
Hands on experience in Netcracker Framework from 3 years;
Deep knowledge of Netcracker development tooling, scripting and framework;
Subject matter expert with deep knowledge in configuration of Netcracker modules including object model configuration, catalogue configuration, configuration of unified interfaces that are a part of Netcracker modules, configuration of workflows.
Requirements and qualifications:
University degree in Computer Science;
Team lead experience;
High level of English verbal/writing skills – B2 or higher;
Being knowledgeable of TIBCO ESB and Kafka;
Ability to identify and assess technical issues, change requests and provide cost-effective solutions;
Deep knowledge in integration capabilities of Netcracker modules;
Knowledge of Swisscom platforms SAFE, UnityDB and PTA;
Understanding of WEB application development process and high availability system design approach with more than 10000 customers;
Being of knowledgeable of Netcracker TOMS BSS/OSS applications;
