Assembling and managing teams of information systems personnel, specifically, establishing the DevOps Engineering team in North America, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, and Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) team as part of setting up a North American center for Netcracker’s Multiple System Operators (MSO) division;
Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the operations of the existing RBM (Rating and Billing Manager) cluster team for 6 North American customers including 3 major Canadian Customers – TELUS, Telesat and Cogeco;
Managing MSO teams on various global projects to provide ongoing customer support;
Controlling the budget and expenditures of these teams; and
Recruiting and supervising engineers and overseeing their professional development.
A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar IT/Technology management position
Minimum of 5 years’ of experience working with telecom/communications companies
Excellent knowledge of Business Support Systems (“BSS”) and Operation Support Systems (“OSS”)
