Traditionally Netcracker sells huge End to End technology implementations and we are very successful at doing so. We want to build on that success with a new team that focuses on taking components of our portfolio and making them available to smaller, non telecom, customers via the cloud and delivered as a SaaS model. This is a unique opportunity for someone in our space who knows the demand that is out there for our products and can identify the new verticals where these SaaS delivered services will be the most successful.

You will help lead and orchestrate the activities of the Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Delivery Management, Finance, and Legal support teams as required for each new opportunity. Collaborate with Sales Support; Program; and other departments to ensure the client’s expectations are being met or exceeded. Define new opportunities and work very closely with clients to determine what products and services will be the best fit for their needs.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in the telecommunications vertical is required
  •  8+ years in B2B software product management. Or in technical presales, product development, business development.
  • Lead/visionary roles for an area of expertise in SaaS/CRM/Cloud/e-Commerce solutions, products and services towards customers and various departments within the company 
  • Customer meetings/materials preparation: lead collaboration of multi-functional multi-expertise team ensuring the outcome meets both the customer’s agenda and company’s goals.
  • Customer meetings participation: live presenting to senior roles (C-level executive and architecture)
  •  Experience with next gen CRM, Self-Care and Cloud vendors is highly desired.

Required Skills:

  • One or more area and/or subject of expertise in the following: customer management, partner management, portals/self-service, ecommerce
  • Ability to formulate clearly requirements, vision and tasks and prove your vision to various stakeholders within the company, be the voice of the customer
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Experience with products and solutions for IoT is a plus
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and roadmap management
  • Understanding of the global telecommunications market and trends
  • Experience in RFI/RFP preparation and response

  • Building, sustaining and improving vision for one of more products in portfolio.
  • Communicating and aligning the vision to multiple teams in the company to ensure adoption, competitive advantage and profitability
  • Collecting, interpreting, prioritizing customer and market requirements
  • Leading product roadmap alignment activities with customers
  • Supporting sales and product oriented activities on accounts
  • Tracking competitors’ analysis with the area of responsibility
  • Collaboration with Engineering, Sales and Pre-Sales teams around the globe: Sales/Account managers, Sales Engineers, Bid Managers, Marketing, and others


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
