Project Management Office (PMO) Program Manager (Job Code PMOPM-EH) (Netcracker Technology Corporation, Waltham, MA):  Lead weekly NEC-Netcracker Project Management Office (PMO) calls to report on program action items of behalf of Netcracker SDN team, and monthly direct NEC-Netcracker top management calls to escalate prioritized action items. Follow up on all action items to resolution. Efficiently target necessary information dispersed in the meetings. Manage policies with SDN codes in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system - setting the rules for using the codes, approval of organisational charts. Create SDN Delivery status reports based on materials provided by back-office PMO coordinators. Supervise and Define Project Code Management Group (PCMG) and PMO coordinators' work in Samara. Develop PMO Processes (including meetings with Business Profitability Management [BPM], IT ERP; development of approval schemes, processes streamlining etc.). Lead Executive Account Reviews for Asia and Pacific (APAC) and North America based on materials provided by back-office PMO coordinators and resolve issues within different organizations. In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, knowledge and experience with the following is required: Project and program terminology and lifecycle stages. SDN knowledge, terminology, goals and business methodology. Using ERP, including creating business case for new ERP tools, writing requirements for ERP features development, and performing user testing for newly developed ERP features. Auditing of project delivery status. Defining and delivering proper and meaningful information from back office to necessary teams/departments. Organizing and leading meetings with project teams. Identifying, assessing and prioritizing risks, prioritizing tasks against the objectives and goals of the program. Setting specific and measurable goals for Operations Support. Scheduling and driving to resolution action items. Analyzing, monitoring, and updating reports. Disperse information and data using corporate conference calls and videoconference systems as well as pre-planning of the meeting including defining the meeting structure and creating specific agenda. Requires a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Finance or related field, and at least two years of experience as a Project Manager or related occupation.
