Netcracker works to integrate economic, social and environmental considerations into our business practices and foster a culture of sustainability. Our approach is designed to ensure that our Corporate Social Responsibility programs are viable for the long term and that we can fulfill our social responsibility commitments well into the future. Our sustainability mandate includes the following:

We recognize that as a successful global company, we have a responsibility to give back to society and a goal to have a positive impact on the communities around us. This goal is accomplished not only through the way we do business, but also through our direct investment. By working collaboratively with our many customers, partners and employees around the globe, we consistently drive to further our Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative program. ORGANIZATIONS WE WORK WITH

Adaptive Spirit – U.S. Paralympic Ski Team

Adaptive Spirit's mission is to fund dreams by providing financial support for the U.S. Paralympic Ski Team, and fund the pursuit of National, World Cup and Paralympic glory by helping disabled athletes meet the high cost of training, travel and equipment. Netcracker is a proud sponsor of Andrew Kurka, a medal-winning Paralympic skier.

American Heart Association

The American Heart Association is the nation's oldest, largest voluntary organization devoted to fighting cardiovascular diseases and stroke, by helping people build healthier lives.

American Red Cross

The American Red Cross' mission is to provide compassionate care to those in need, through five key service areas: disaster relief, supporting military families, providing lifesaving blood, health & safety services, and support of international services.

Arthritis Foundation

The Arthritis Foundation's mission is to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases.

Backpacks for Kids

Backpacks for Kids connects more than 7,800 kids in need with vital school supplies to start right and finish strong each year in communities across Atlantic Canada, Ontario and Quebec.

CARE

For 75 years, CARE has led the way to a better life for the world’s most vulnerable people. CARE works around the globe to save lives, defeat poverty and achieve social justice.

CBM

CBM helps people with disabilities to build sustainable livelihoods and participate actively in their communities by providing greater access to healthcare and education.

Cradles to Crayons

Cradles to Crayons’ mission is to help homeless children and children from low-income families by providing shoes, clothes and other the critical supplies and items they need at the start of the school year.

Doctors Without Borders

Doctors Without Borders helps individuals in need worldwide, delivering emergency medical aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters or exclusion from health care.

Families First

Families First is dedicated to promoting secure and nurturing parent-child relationships through modernized parenting education services, helping parents without access to adequate resources address obstacles such as media violence, bullying and rising materialism.

Global Fund for Women

Global Fund for Women was established to raise money for women’s human rights organizations around the world. It funds bold, ambitious and expansive gender justice movements to create meaningful change that will last beyond our lifetimes.

GLSEN

GLSEN was founded by a group of teachers who advise on, advocate for and research comprehensive policies designed to protect LGBTQ students as well as students of marginalized identities. GLSEN empowers students to affect change by supporting student-led efforts to positively impact their own schools and local communities.

International Animal Welfare Fund

The International Fund for Animal Welfare was founded in 1969 with the mission of saving individual animals, animal habitats and animal populations worldwide. At IFAW, animals receive hands-on assistance in the wake of disaster and a voice against cruelty and depletion.

International Medical Corps

International Medical Corps relieves the suffering of those affected by conflict, disaster and disease, often in difficult and dangerous environments.

Jaldhaara Foundation

The Jaldhaara Foundation's mission is to develop and implement sustainable Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) solutions in more than 2,000 communities by 2020. Its vision is to build preference for safe water, sanitation and hygienic practices in unaddressed, isolated and marginalized communities of the world.

Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels America is the leadership organization supporting the more than 5,000 community-based programs across the country that are dedicated to addressing senior isolation and hunger. This network serves virtually every community in America and, along with more than two million staff and volunteers, delivers the nutritious meals, friendly visits and safety checks that enable America’s seniors to live nourished lives with independence and dignity. By providing funding, leadership, education, research and advocacy support, Meals on Wheels America empowers its local member programs to strengthen their communities, one senior at a time.

MSPCA-Angell

The mission of the MSPCA-Angell is to protect animals, relieve their suffering, advance their health and welfare, prevent cruelty, and work for a just and compassionate society.

One Revolution

One Revolution is a non-profit foundation instituted by Paralympic athlete Chris Waddell, with the mission of not only changing the way that society views disabled individuals, but also changing the way that disabled individuals view themselves.

Oxfam

Oxfam is a global movement of people who are fighting inequality to end poverty and injustice. Oxfam helps people build better futures for themselves, hold the powerful accountable and save lives after disasters.

Red Cross International

The International Committee of the Red Cross protects the lives and dignity of victims of armed conflict and violence around the world. The ICRC is also dedicated to preventing suffering by promoting and strengthening humanitarian law and universal humanitarian principles.

Ronald McDonald House Charities

The Ronald McDonald House Charities expand healthcare access and provide accommodations around the world to support sick children and their families while they are undergoing treatment.

Room to Read

Room to Read collaborates with local communities, partner organizations and governments to test and implement innovative models that can be integrated into the education system to deliver positive outcomes for children at scale. To date, Room to Read has benefited more than 32 million children across 21 countries and over 49,000 communities and aims to reach 40 million children by 2025.

Save the Children

Save the Children Federation is a 510(c)(3) organization that has been helping children around the world since 1919. Save the Children believes that every child deserves a healthy start in life and the freedom to learn and grow, free from harm.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. No child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.

Sungate Kids Foundation

Sungate Kids Foundation's mission is to provide comprehensive investigation and support services to victims of child abuse.

The American Cancer Society

The Brain & Behavior Research Foundation

The Brain & Behavior Research Foundation is a global nonprofit organization focused on improving the understanding, prevention and treatment of psychiatric and mental illnesses. 100% of donations to the organization are invested in their grants, and they have funded more than $430 million of research since 1987.

The Cable Center

The Cable Center is the nonprofit educational arm of the cable industry dedicated to preserving and celebrating cable's enduring contributions to society and building bridges between cable and higher education.

The International Rescue Committee

The International Rescue Committee is a global humanitarian aid, relief and development nongovernmental organization providing emergency aid and long-term assistance to refugees and those displaced by war, persecution or natural disaster. It focuses mainly on health, education, economic wellbeing, power and safety.

The SCTE Foundation

The SCTE Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the technical, business and leadership skills of the telecommunications engineering workforce, to attract and recruit women and minorities into an engineering career, and position the telecommunications industry as a desirable career opportunity for aspiring young people in the early stages of their careers.

The World Federation for Mental Health

The World Federation for Mental Health is an international membership organization founded to advance, the prevention of mental and emotional disorders, the proper treatment and care of those with such disorders and the promotion of mental health.

Turning Point, Inc.

Turning Point is a non-profit agency that develops human service programs to promote empowerment, independence, and self-sufficiency for individuals with disabilities and disadvantages.

Unbound challenges poverty in new and innovative ways to give global support to families from marginalized and vulnerable groups.

Whistler Blackcomb Foundation

The Whistler Blackcomb Foundation is dedicated to providing financial support to registered non-profit organizations whose activities provide benefit to residents of the Sea to Sky Corridor in the areas of health, human services, education, recreation, arts and culture and the environment with an emphasis on children, youth and family programs.

Wireless History Foundation

The Wireless History Foundation (WHF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed to preserve and promote the history of the wireless industry. The Foundation was formed by wireless pioneers to preserve the lessons of wireless for the benefit of future entrepreneurs and innovators.

Women in Cable Telecommunications

Since its founding in 1979, WICT has remained firm in its resolve to advance the position and influence of women through proven leadership programs and services at both the national and local level.

Championing diversity in the legal profession, Women in the Law provides career guidance and professional development growth to women attorneys and other professionals at all stages of their careers.

World Resources Institute

The World Resources Institute performs research and works with governments, businesses and nonprofits to find practical solutions for global challenges related to food, forests, water, energy, the climate, the ocean and cities.
