Suddenlink Communications, one of the largest cable broadband services providers in the United States, has expanded its partnership with Netcracker by engaging in a multi-year managed services program. As part of this initiative, Netcracker will deliver its cutting-edge CRM solution to Suddenlink via a fully hosted managed service model with industry-leading SLAs.
Suddenlink is the seventh largest cable operator in the United States, supporting the information, communication and entertainment demands of more than 1.5 million residential and commercial customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, West Virginia and elsewhere.
Netcracker’s Managed Services will enable Suddenlink to focus on its core business while Netcracker manages, operates and maintains all IT aspects of the CRM offering. Utilizing the Netcracker CRM solution as a service allows Suddenlink to reduce OpEx and enable more agile business operations.
