Consolidated Communications Deploys Netcracker’s OSS Solution to Optimize Service Delivery
Consolidated Communications has gone live with Netcracker’s OSS solution to consolidate its service fulfillment systems and reduce the cost, time and effort required to enhance operational agility.
Netcracker Technology announced today that Consolidated Communications has gone live with Netcracker’s OSS solution to consolidate its service fulfillment systems and reduce the cost, time and effort required to enhance operational agility. Consolidated Communications also needed to centralize its fulfillment systems in order to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) by minimizing yearly maintenance cost and improving return on investment.

Deploying the Netcracker Service Inventory, Service Order Management, Service Information Management and Resource Inventory solutions helped Consolidated Communications centralize its service infrastructure.
