Netcracker Congratulates Andrew Kurka on Winning 2 Medals at the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games

WALTHAM, MA — March 20, 2018 — Netcracker Technology offered up its congratulations today to 2018 Paralympic Gold Medalist and friend, Andrew Kurka. Netcracker has sponsored Kurka throughout his Paralympic journey since 2012 and is thrilled to congratulate him on winning two medals at the Winter Games this year in PyeongChang, South Korea.

Kurka secured a gold medal on the first day of the Paralympic Winter Games in men's sitting downhill with a blistering time of 1:24.11, more than a second and a half ahead of the competition. On the following day, Kurka stood on the podium once again, earning a silver medal in men's sitting super-G.

Together with this year's Winter Olympics, the Winter Paralympics were hosted in PyeongChang. The 2018 Paralympic Winter Games brought together 569 athletes from 49 nations.
