SmarTone Upgrades Netcracker Revenue Management Solution to Simplify Billing Operations
Netcracker Solution and System Integration and Professional Services to Optimize Customer Management for Hong Kong Mobile Operator.
Netcracker Technology announced today that it has been selected to upgrade and extend its relationship with SmarTone. As part of the agreement, Netcracker will upgrade its leading-edge Revenue Management solution and extend its Systems Integration and Professional Services arrangement with SmarTone.
SmarTone is a leading telecommunications company operating out of Hong Kong and Macau. It provides voice, multimedia and mobile broadband services through its territory-wide 4G network and fixed-fiber broadband services for both the consumer and the corporate markets. SmarTone’s powerful network, functional eCommerce applications and personalized service delivery ensure its ability to provide the experience that its customers expect.
The upgrade of Netcracker’s Revenue Management solution, which is SmarTone’s primary convergent billing platform, will help the service provider transform its eCommerce business, improve customer experience and futureproof its IT infrastructure. It also marks a major milestone in SmarTone’s objective to leverage a converged rating, charging and billing platform.
