TELUS and Netcracker Enhance Strategic Relationship Through New Network and Service Initiatives

Netcracker Technology today announced the completion of ongoing projects and the launch of important new initiatives that underscore Netcracker’s strategic relationship with TELUS. Netcracker and TELUS have a long-standing partnership that has deepened over the years through close co-operation and the deployment of key programs at TELUS.

Recently Netcracker completed the migration of TELUS’ legacy broadband systems into its next-generation Telecom Operations and Management platform, enabling faster, more efficient provisioning of broadband services.

Netcracker was also awarded a new contract to support the deployment of TELUS’ converged edge network, which will deliver Enhanced Data, TV, and High-Speed Internet. Netcracker’s solution will allow TELUS to more rapidly introduce next-gen network infrastructure to facilitate the delivery of increased network capacity and new services more efficiently in order to meet the growing demand for TELUS’ OptikTV services.

Netcracker will be deploying the latest capabilities from its comprehensive Telecom Operations and Management Solutions suite, including functionality from its Service Fulfillment & Provisioning, Order Management, and Resource Management domains.
