Vast Broadband, formerly known as Clarity Telecom, has gone live with the Netcracker Revenue Management solution.

Netcracker Technology announced today that Vast Broadband, formerly known as Clarity Telecom, has gone live with the Netcracker Revenue Management solution, which it will use through a multi-year hosted managed services arrangement.
Vast Broadband, which was recently rebranded from Clarity Telecom, is a cable operator providing high-speed Internet, television and digital voice services to residential and business customers across multiple Midwestern states.
Shortly following its rebranding strategy, Vast Broadband has gone live with the comprehensive Netcracker Revenue Management solution, which will provide the operator with a more reliable billing platform and strong order-to-cash solution that will scale alongside the company.

By leveraging the Netcracker Revenue Management solution, Vast Broadband will be able to consolidate and optimize billing, rating and charging operations while utilizing the substantial economies of scale provided through Netcracker’s Managed Services, decreasing expenses and mitigating management challenges. As part of this program, Netcracker also migrated customers from a legacy billing platform onto the Netcracker solution.
