Zain KSA was the first operator in Saudi Arabia to launch 5G, which reaches almost three-fourths of the population of the country. Zain KSA’s impressive 5G network growth has led the operator to provide many advanced services, such as network slicing within Zain KSA’s 5G core environment and across the entire network, giving the opportunity to create new revenue streams. Zain is also centralizing its customer data across all communication channels, which will provide customers with a truly personalized and unique experience.
