NEC/Netcracker deploys full-stack MANO solution in just 12 weeks to power Telefónica Business Solutions’ large-scale transformation.
Telefónica Business Solutions selected NEC/Netcracker’s NaaS solution as part of its multiyear transformation to become a one-stop shop for virtualized enterprise services and improve cost to serve, service delivery times and service availability.
As part of the program, NEC/Netcracker deployed its MANO solution in just 12 weeks using DevOps and Agile methodologies. The solution comprises NEC/Netcracker’s Network and Service Orchestration, Hybrid Resource Management, Service Management and VNF License Management, in addition to next-gen BSS components like Self-Service Portal and Customer & Partner Management offerings. It also includes pre-integrated VNFs from NEC/Netcracker’s Ecosystem 2.0 program, which accelerated the VNF and service onboarding process for Telefónica Business Solutions.
NEC/Netcracker’s solution enables Telefónica Business Solutions to deliver services more quickly and open new revenue opportunities by selling virtual network firewall, web filtering, threat protection and app control services.
