Job Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Netcracker's CRM ecosystem and sales business processes. This role requires a blend of business analysis, data governance, proactive thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, technical aptitude, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable sales processes and system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact and escalation point for the global Sales team for day-to-day sales operations needs.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM enhancements, automation, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Perform business process analysis and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational efficiencies.
- Participate in post-merger integration projects including CRM migration, master data harmonization, territory alignment, and sales process standardization.
- Assist in clean up, maintenance, and enforcement of proper usage of CRM tool and ensure data accuracy and integration with all internal systems.
- Manage internal approval process of corporate contracts with global customers including calculation of deals’ as sold effective rates and supporting approval workflows through CLM tools and CRM process governance.
- Analysis and approval of customer’s purchase orders and management of internal license data base of the sold products in Jira.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all sales activities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to help with alignment of the sales strategies with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Work closely with Finance to provide oversight and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including pipeline management, sales analysis, win/loss analysis, and sales metrics.
- Help prepare presentations and materials for the sales team as needed.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in enterprise software, telecommunications, SaaS, or technology companies
- Strong understanding and experience in working in a global sales team or with a global sales team
- CRM Administration experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar enterprise CRM)
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Proven experience managing simultaneous multiple priorities
- Ability to partner cross functionally throughout the company
- Strong MS excel and PPT skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
- Knowledge of business communication via emailing, presentations, conference meetings
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
