Position Summary
As a BSS Domain technological subject matter expert is responsible for providing cost effective solution to business & technical challenges faced in complex and large projects in telecommunication. Business Analysts are working as the company’s representatives in front of the enterprise customer. As a BA, you will be responsible for providing guidance to the leadership service provider in better understanding and articulation of challenges, defining and documenting measurable criteria for solution assessment. Proposing solutions and bringing best practices. It is expected that you will have recognition in Telecommunication Industry as an SME (subject matter expert).
Responsibilities
Cooperation with business and architecture team to clarify scope, gather requirements, drive key decisions and resolve issues as a system\business analyst;
Prepare, analyze and implement end to end processes for Telco solutions. L2O, R2M, L2C and others in B2B and B2C segments.
Improvement and support of the existing solution from the requirement management perspective;
Participating in the business analysis stage on product and implementation projects of BSS functionality, for product offering catalog and sales orders management
Development and maintenance of business analysis and design documents for internal and external use;
Supporting of implementation teams with expertise in out-of-the-box product capabilities;
Identify bottlenecks and pain points in the current systems used by the customer's business and technical teams
Ensure all issues and clarification items are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved promptly;
Conducting market and technology research.
Cross-stream joint work with development and quality assurance departments
Skills and Experience
Experience in collecting and processing requirements and use cases based on business needs and product roadmaps;
Practice in developing logical and physical data models for software and databases
Work experience in a telco-related company is highly desirable.
Practice in design models, algorithms, integrations, and user interfaces based on customer requirements for CRM\ BSS \ Digital sales environments
Skills in modeling UML notations (diagrams: use case, activity, sequence, static structure);
Familiarity with telco markets and technologies;
Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM/POC/OE/OM/BSS/OSS functionality;
Excellent communication skills;
Solid technical English verbal/writing skills;
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or a related field
