Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Jr. GenAI Integrator / Designer with strong foundational skills in and hands-on understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI automation workflows, integration design and Python. In this role, you will support the design, configuration, and deployment of GenAI-powered solutions, including agent workflows, AI-driven automations, and end-to-end integration flows.
You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype, build, and implement AI capabilities into enterprise applications, particularly within BSS/CRM domains.
Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in designing, building, and integrating GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation workflows for enterprise use cases
Contribute to the development of GenAI-based applications (text, conversational, multimodal, and automation tasks)
Design and implement AI agent workflows, including tool integration, MCP integration, and multi-agent systems coordination
Design, test, and optimize prompts, system messages, and tool-calling schemas for different model types and modalities
Support creation of RAG pipelines, AI orchestration flows, and model integration patterns
Work with Python to script integrations, automation tasks, and backend logic for AI-driven features
Integrate AI systems with backend APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms
Participate in building vector search and knowledge retrieval flows including text parsing, chunking strategies, and applying different retrieval approaches (semantic, hybrid, metadata/filters). PGVector, OpenSearch exposure is a plus
Collaborate with product, backend, and solution teams to convert business problems into AI-driven solutions
Prepare documentation for workflows, API integrations, data flows, and design decisions
Assist with testing, validating, and optimizing agentic workflows and automation pipelines
Experience & Requirements:
Experience working with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript to script integrations, automate tasks, and implement backend logic for AI-driven features
Good understanding of Generative AI models, agent frameworks, orchestration tools, and RAG concepts
Hands-on experience integrating and calling LLMs from one or multiple providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI) or open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral) via REST APIs and official SDKs
Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering for different model types
Experience in design microservices, REST APIs and integrating MCP Tools
Experience with popular agentic AI frameworks (primarily LangChain and LangGraph) or low-code/no-code AI and workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Langflow, Dify, Flowise, or similar).
Familiarity with vector databases (PGVector, OpenSearch, or similar) is an advantage
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
