Job Summary 

We’re currently looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our growing company! In this role, you’ll collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, writers, editors, and subject matter experts to create and design a variety of visually rich assets to support presentations, workbooks, handouts, user guides, infographics, and brochures.

Responsibilities

• Leverage knowledge of graphic design principles to increase usability and transform complex written information into clear and precise visual communication.
• Visualize business and technical concepts, relationships, and processes to create high-quality, reusable training materials.
• Create, conceptualize, and improve upon slides and presentations in PowerPoint.
• Apply graphic and instructional design principles to a variety of training projects that may be large or complex in scope.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, writers, editors, and subject matter experts to schedule reviews and make updates accordingly.
• Recommend different formats, layouts, and visual assets to improve the learning experience for Netcracker end users and other training participants.
• Build excellent relationships across teams and projects, and mentor team members to teach best practices and techniques in graphic and instructional design.
• Follow and maintain Netcracker's graphic and instructional design standards and templates.

Skills and Experience

• 3–7 years of graphic design experience (flexible depending on portfolio)
• Strong PowerPoint design skills (layouts, master slides, diagrams, executive-ready presentations)
• Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent)
• Ability to create:
  • Web banners  and digital assets
  • Diagrams, infographics, and simple visual explanations
  • Brochures, one-pagers, and marketing collateral
  • Event-related design deliverables, e.g. booth design
• Experience working with marketing and product teams
• Experience supporting senior leadership / executives preferred
• Background in IT, software, B2B, or technology-driven companies preferred
• Advanced/fluent oral and written English
• Can work from high-level input and deliver polished results independently
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Able to handle multiple requests in parallel
• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency
• Ability to adapt visuals for different audiences (executive, customer, internal)
• Basic understanding of web formats and accessibility
• Experience with complex or technical content
• Motion graphics or light animation
• Availability to work from the office in Hybrid mode

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Branding, or a related field.
• Certification in Adobe Creative Cloud tools a plus.
