Job Summary

Netcracker Technology (www.netcracker.com) is looking to hire a Solution Integration expert to join our growing company. This position will be part of our Engineering department, based in our Sao Paolo office in Brazil, interacting with worldwide digital transformation programs. The role will maximize the engagement metrics of Netcracker’s digital properties, as well as, the integrations and automations that take place between various systems to provide each department and stakeholder, with a more synchronized process environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of Netcracker delivery project team for one of our customers
  • Work with the customer and Netcracker neighbor delivery teams to identify business scenarios that require integration implementation, to define technical aspects of the integrations, to prepare high-level and low-level design of integration interfaces with good quality and respectively to the project timelines.
  • Work in the integration team, which includes business analysts and software engineers, exchange information within the team, introduce solution decisions, design for the development team, support communications with customers and related teams.
  • Collaborate with project implementation teams to analyze, design/enhance and implement both external and internal integrations and deliver on program objectives.
  • Manage the use of appropriate integration technologies, APIs, standards and improvements.
  • Support the QA team with regards of implemented design and identify possible issues, gaps and new requirements.
  • Work with implementation and management teams to ensure project delivery is successful.
  • Be in context of current status of planned activities, manage risks and priorities.

Skills and Experience 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Integration domain, ideally working as a business analyst.
  • Experience spanning IT disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, integration management, application development, middleware, database management, and operations.
  • Practical experience in API design (technical specifications for Integration agreements, HTTP, SOAP, REST API, YANG, XML, JSON)
  • Practical experience in messaging design (asynchronous API specification preparations for system communications based on Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of K8s principles
  • Good understanding of data models
  • Practical experience in E2E Cloud-native application delivery to public and/or private cloud customers.
  • Experience with Telecommunication projects. Knowledge of BSS/OSS applications and common integration scenarios. 
  • Good knowledge for the existing industry SDOs and Open Source API design frameworks, best practices and API design guidelines (like TMF Framework, OpenAPI, AsyncAPI)
  • Fluent English & Portuguese 
  • Strong communication/presentation skills 
  • Availability to work from the São Paulo or Campinas office (Hybrid mode)

Education

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Architecture or similar
